We ship our watches to our USA distributor via EMS. We ship in bulk every Saturday from Manila to USA to save you individual mailing costs. Then our USA distributor will mail your parcel to you via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation & online tracking for watches.  All other items (not watches) for US customers are sent via Registered Airmail directly from Manila within a few days of your sale.

Parcels are shipped directly from our suppliers warehouse based in The Philippines via EMS Post. This includes insurance on the amount declared on the custom form. This service has limited tracking via your own countries postal service or at this website:

Registered Airmail to all destinations for smaller items.

Registered Airmail from The Philippines does not have online tracking but usually takes 3-4 weeks to arrive at most destinations.  Some countries may have slower postal systems and delays in customs, so please allow up to 6 weeks for exceptional cases.

Returns & Refunds

We do our best to ensure quality before mailing, however sometimes there may be unforeseen problems caused by packing, shipping or environment... or even human error. In these cases, we offer refunds on all merchandise with defects, if the problem is reported to us within 2 days of receiving item and returned within 14 days to be eligible for refund. We offer replacement of any watches with problems if advised of a problem within 30 days and returned within 45 days.
